Privacy statement
This website is deliberately simple. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell data to anyone. This page explains the little that we do collect, and why.
Who is responsible
Hedge Fair Dairy B.V., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 91500508, VAT number NL865673470B01, is the controller for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, email wouter@getfairdairy.nl.
What we collect
Only what you type into the Risk Review form:
- Your first and last name
- Your company name
- Your business email address
- Your primary dairy exposure
- Anything you choose to write in the message field
We do not ask for, and do not want, commercially sensitive details such as positions, volumes or counterparty names through a web form. Those belong in a conversation.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and, if it leads somewhere, to arrange and hold the Risk Review conversation. That is the only purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where relevant the steps leading up to an agreement.
We do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of this form. If we ever start a market newsletter, you will be asked separately and explicitly.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through the third-party service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a processor for this single step. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them as part of that request. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social media trackers on this site.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics cookies. That is why you are not being shown a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we delete the correspondence within twelve months. If it does, we keep what is needed for the engagement and for the retention periods Dutch law requires of us.
Who else sees it
Nobody, beyond the email and hosting providers required to deliver and store the message. We do not share, rent or sell personal data. We do not transfer it outside the EEA except where a provider named above does so under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email wouter@getfairdairy.nl and you will get a real answer from a person, normally within a few working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this statement changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
